Uttaranchal Medical College of Ayurveda and Research, Dehradun in association with Uttaranchal Hospital and Diagnostic Centre, organized a free medical camp on 1st November 2025 at Hariyawa Kala, Shivpuri, Dhulas, Dehradun, with the objective of serving the community and promoting health awareness through Ayurvedic healthcare services.
The camp witnessed an enthusiastic response from the local residents, with more than 60 patients registered for free consultation and treatment. The dedicated team of doctors Dr. Ravi Joshi (Senior Physician), Dr. Mudit Chauhan (Physician), Dr. Satwinder (Senior Medical Officer) Dr. Rupali Purohit( Panchakarma Specialist), Dr. Chhavi (Surgeon), Dr. Komal (Paediatric), Dr. Shivani (Gynae) provided medical consultations and health advice to patients suffering from various ailments.
In addition to free consultations, the camp also offered free diagnostic tests and distribution of Ayurvedic medicines, ensuring that the benefits of holistic healthcare reached those in need. The initiative reflected the institution’s continuous commitment to community service and public health promotion through Ayurveda.
The camp was successfully conducted under the guidance of Dr. Amit Bhatt, Director UMCAR and Dr. Ravi Joshi, Principal, UMCAR.
