Uttaranchal Medical College of Ayurveda and Research in collaboration with Uttaranchal University, celebrated its annual fest from 5 May to 7 May 2025. The event was a grand success, showcasing the talents of students and bringing the campus together.
The fest was inaugurated by Shri Jitender Joshi, President Uttaranchal University on 5 May 2025. The program was graced by the esteemed presence of Mrs Anuradha Joshi, Vice- Chairperson, Ms Ankita Joshi, Vice- President; Dr Abhishek Joshi, Executive Director, Student Affairs & IT services, Prof (Dr) Dharam Buddhi, Vice- Chancellor and Prof (Dr) Rajesh Bahuguna, Pro Vice- Chancellor.
The first day of the festival started with the students actively participating in various cultural programs. These included solo singing, duet dance, ramp walk competitions, traditional folk dances, cultural parade etc. The events were a testament to the students’ hidden talents.
The second Day of the fest featured a stage show performance by DJ Chetas, which left the audience mesmerized. The highlight of the fest was day 3, featuring an electrifying performance by the renowned Bollywood singer King. His show made the annual fest truly memorable.
The entire annual fest was successfully coordinated under the guidance of Dr Amit Bhatt, Director UMCAR and Dr Ravi Joshi, Principal UMCAR with active participation from each faculty and staff.
